Made with molasses imported from the Caribbean, fermented for seven days and then distilled in 200L Alembic copper pot stills and infused with our proprietary combination of uplifting botanicals.
Off the still we rest and lightly age our rum in English oak barrels, long enough to give structure and balance without losing the bold still notes and maintaining a youthful character.
Balanced nose of freshly cut green grass with floral honey and pure molasses on the back. Light oak shows with ripened peach and vanilla.
Initially heady fresh sugarcane with zesty notes of sweet orange and fresh citrus balanced with molasses. Raisins appear with banana, vanilla and spiced warmth hinting ginger and cinnamon. Dry with a honeyed sweetness, medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a long, lingering citrus finish.
